The weather was gorgeous today, so after I cleaned my place like crazy, I went to the beach and took a textbook with me. With 38 degree weather, it was prime outside reading, especially without a sign of a breeze.
Many people had the same idea I had, so the beach was busy with kids and dogs.
It's a deceiving sign that summer is on its way. We all know we have at the very least another month before the snow leaves. But it was sure melting today! I really hope that for spring break - next week - it is similarly nice outside.
And I did get a chapter read!
38 degrees and people to the beach. Here in the not so glorious city of Chicago, if it's 60 degrees nobody goes to the beach. Has to be at the very least 70+ degree temperature for the beaches to be crowded.
