6-5 Venus Transit

I am blessed to live in a location that was able to see the entire transit of Venus across the sun AND blessed to have clear blue skies the entire day!

I sat outside on a lawn chair with the tripod and a book and took photos every couple minutes.

By the end of the afternoon (8pm) I had to find new places to set up the tripod as the sun was lower in the sky and the tree tops were interfering.

It wasn't a life changing experience, but I'm so glad I got to see it :)
