March 8 resulted in an incredible aurora display. March 6's display was fairly consistent, and lovely. March 8's was an awesome storm of power, and then fizzled into not much. It was incredible :) Here it is at the beginning of the evening, looking over the Bay. Not too much visible to the naked eye yet.
And then it hit! What an incredible sight. I stared in awe!
