Cooking: Chicken Biscuit Bake

I finally am getting around to writing my cooking posts! Starting off with the Chicken Biscuit Bake. I am not going to go into too much detail, just show the world how we make it.

On the top right, (sorry, not in order for the first photo!) we have the main ingredients for the beginning. Bottom left, combining the first few liquid ingredients.

C and I cook the chicken and drain the grease. Then put the chicken, broccoli and onion all in a big bowl on top of the less solid ingredients and mixing. Next comes pouring the whole bowl full into the pan we cooked the chicken in. Remember to wash out your dishes :)

Once the mix is in the pan, we shred a whole bunch of cheese over it. Next, we covered the pan with aluminum foil and stuck it in the oven. Once it popped out, the cheese was melted! At this point, it's time to start making the second liquid mixture.

We use only 1 can of the buttermilk biscuits instead of 2. We divide ours in half and put the middle down. Then we pour the second liquid mixture over the top.

We smooth out the mixture over the biscuits with a spatula and cook it. And voila, chicken biscuit bake!

Doesn't it look yummy?!
