I took an unexpected trip across Cook Inlet a couple weeks ago, and flying over country I have never seen before was incredible.

I am a landscape and nature photographer from Homer, Alaska. I am often seen shooting the sunset from various locations around town. I’m in the perfect place to take photos, as Homer, and Alaska in general, is a photographer’s dream. I am continually inspired by all that I see around me.

I love color. Bold and bright, or soft and subtle, it is all incredible and I love to seek it out. My favorite time to shoot is during “the golden hour” at sunrise and sunset. Warm and vibrant sunset light makes some of the best images, and those are the shots I am most proud to share with you.
