Yesterday, it started to snow very heavily at about 5pm. But it definitely was not sticking. The forecast called for rain. By 5:40, the snow was barely starting to stick and the forecast instantly changed to 2 to 5 inches. We left for youth group and had to clean off the car. When youth group was over, the whole town was white. But it was wet snow, perfect for snowball fights, which the kids all engaged in. The road was wet and slick, and I heard of a few people ditch diving. We made it home safe and I am laying low today. A lot of it has melted already, but this is definitely our first snow that stuck.
